One ideal day by the coast, planned the way we would plan it for you

An hour-by-hour outline of a day at the resort we would plan for ourselves on a Tuesday in late June. Adjust to taste.

One ideal day by the coast, planned the way we would plan it for you

07:00 · Quiet swim

The pool is empty and towel service has not started yet. Near the entrance there is a coffee cart with single-origin filter coffee, no menu, and no queue. It is the best half hour of the day.

08:30 · Terrace breakfast

Eggs made to order, pastries from the kitchen oven, and a small plate of seasonal fruit. We do not believe in buffet breakfasts. We believe in plates carried by waiters who have served the same families for ten years.

10:00 · Spa or sea

Either works. The spa hammam is bright and quiet in the morning. The sea is calmest before midday. Most guests choose one and regret skipping the other; the rare guest does both.

13:30 · Long lunch

Three hours at the lagoon bistro, with a bottle of light white and a plate of grilled fish you did not know you wanted. No phones, no rush. This is the meal you will remember.

18:00 · Golden hour terrace

Aperitif on the upper deck. By day two, the bar staff will know your name. The signature negroni is built on a vermouth we produce on-site; it is the most surprising drink on the property.

21:00 · Tasting menu

Eight courses, two hours, one wine pairing. We have spent years building this evening. We hope it is worth the trip.

23:30 · A short hour at the table

Or a slow walk back to the suite. Either way, tomorrow begins at 07:00 with a swim, and that rhythm is the whole point.
